1. Car Rental Reservations:
1.1. To make a car rental reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your personal details, contact information, and payment information.
1.2. All car rentals are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion.
2. Payment:
2.1. Payment for car rental services can be made either online through our website or in cash upon delivery of the vehicle.
2.2. Customers who choose to pay online will be eligible for discounts as specified on our website.
2.3. Payments made online are securely processed through our authorized payment gateways. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
2.4. For cash payments upon delivery, the full rental amount must be paid before the vehicle is released to the customer.
3. Rental Rates:
3.1. Rental rates are subject to change without notice and are determined by factors such as vehicle availability, rental duration, and seasonal demand.
3.2. The rental rate includes standard mileage, vehicle insurance, and basic maintenance. Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, optional add-ons, fuel, tolls, fines, and damages.
4. Cancellation and Refunds:
4.1. Cancellations made by the customer must be done within the specified timeframe, as indicated during the reservation process, to be eligible for a refund. Refund policies may vary based on the type of reservation and rental duration.
4.2. No-shows or cancellations made outside the specified timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Vehicle Usage:
5.1. The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The customer is responsible for any fines, penalties, or violations incurred during the rental period.
5.2. Smoking, carrying pets (unless specified as allowed), and transporting hazardous materials are prohibited in the rented vehicles.
6. Vehicle Returns:
6.1. The rented vehicle must be returned on or before the specified return date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges.
6.2. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear expected. Any damages beyond normal wear will be assessed and charged accordingly.
7. Liability and Insurance:
7.1. Customers are required to have valid driver’s licenses and adhere to the terms of the insurance policy provided by the Company.
7.2. Customers may have the option to purchase additional insurance coverage for an extra fee.
8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the use of our rental vehicles.

10. Governing Law:
10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EasyRentCar, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By proceeding with a car rental reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not proceed with making a reservation.
